By using the Tucson Kei website and purchasing vehicles or services from Tucson Kei, you agree to the following terms.
Vehicle Sales
All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. Tucson Kei makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the condition, fitness, or merchantability of any vehicle.nVehicle descriptions, specifications, and photographs are provided in good faith. Minor discrepancies may exist between listings and actual vehicles.nPrices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. The final sale price is confirmed at the time of purchase agreement.nAll sales are final once a purchase agreement is signed and payment is received.
Deposits & Reservations
Deposits are required to reserve a vehicle. Deposit amounts are specified at the time of reservation.nDeposits are non-refundable unless Tucson Kei is unable to deliver the reserved vehicle as described.nDeposits are applied toward the total purchase price of the vehicle.nIf a buyer fails to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe, the deposit may be forfeited.
Import & Registration
Tucson Kei facilitates the import of Japanese Kei vehicles in compliance with US federal regulations (25-year exemption under 49 U.S.C. 30112(b)(9)).nImport timelines are estimates and may vary due to shipping, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.nWhile we assist with Arizona registration, the buyer is ultimately responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets all state and local requirements.nRegistration fees, taxes, and title fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the vehicle price unless explicitly stated.
Parts & Service
Parts sourced from Japan are sold as described. Availability and shipping times may vary.nInstallation services are provided through our service partner and are subject to their own terms and warranties.nParts recommendations and supplier referrals on our website are provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.
Limitation of Liability
Tucson Kei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, import, or use of any vehicle or service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific vehicle or service in question.
