Mechanical
- ✓ Full fluid service across every system
- ✓ Timing belt, water pump, accessory belts
- ✓ Brakes inspected and serviced
- ✓ Suspension and steering checked
Wear items
- ✓ Tires date-checked, replaced if aged
- ✓ Hoses, seals, and boots replaced as needed
- ✓ Battery tested and replaced if weak
- ✓ Wipers, bulbs, and filters renewed
Verify & title
- ✓ Electrical, lights, and gauges verified
- ✓ A/C recharged and tested
- ✓ Road-tested by us before listing
- ✓ Arizona title and registration prepped
The standard
Why we start with Grade 4
Reconditioning can fix wear and service. It can't undo a bad chassis. That's why the standard begins before we ever bid: auction Grade 4 minimum, B/B preferred (a clean C/C in good shape is fine too), and no repair history. We'd rather lose an auction than start with a compromised car.
Buying a good vehicle and reconditioning it beats buying a cheap one and hoping. The filter and the shop work together — one guarantees the bones, the other guarantees the reliability.

Caring for Your Kei in Arizona's Climate
Arizona presents unique challenges for any vehicle. Here's how to keep your Kei happy in the desert.
Summer Coolant Care
Arizona summers push cooling systems hard. Check coolant levels weekly during summer months. Consider upgrading to a high-performance thermostat if your Kei runs hot in traffic.
UV Paint Protection
The Arizona sun is brutal on paint — especially on JDM vehicles with thinner clear coats. Apply ceramic coating or quality wax every 3-4 months. Park in shade when possible.
Monsoon Season Prep
Arizona monsoons bring flash flooding and dust storms. Check wiper blades before monsoon season (June-September). Never drive through flooded washes — Kei vehicles sit low.
Tire Pressure in Heat
Tire pressure increases ~1 PSI for every 10°F rise. Check pressures in the morning before driving. Over-inflated tires on hot pavement reduce grip and accelerate center wear.
